Chandrima goes to London

Chandrima, the soothing voice from valleys of Assam severed her ties from cocoon to come to cultural hub at Kolkata in 2006. Her maiden Album release in 2006 “Sapnaneel” brought her recognition as an vocalist. Her next solo-album “Tribute to legends” rejuvenated some lost bengali melodies, more so, when 2010 launch was under His Master  Legend Manna De himself.
Chandrima with her equanimity was soon a performing artist taking her shows from various parts of the Bengal to neighbouring states and soon at national platform. Her stage wizcraft lifted the curtain raiser at Banga Bandhu International Convention Centre, Dhaka in 2008.

However the best of Chandrima was yet to come. Her stage craftmanship earned her a passage to London in  summer 2012. Invited for her performance in “London Bangamela Navabarsha 1419” she made inroads into the hearts of million Bengalese overseas. Her musical adventure took her to live TV show in “Channel 9 UK” and “Betar Bangla”, London.

For furtherance of her career she performs as stagecraft as well as background scoring of serials and jingles. But her real identity is humanity as she humbles work for other social causes in association with Lions Club International with humility.
